Michele and Shawn O'Neal never responded to our calls after so many attempts of reaching out to them. It has been already 3 months and we never received the completion of our photos and CD compilation as stated in our CONTRACT! Considering that we have paid in FULL even before the event!We are a newly married couple and what supposed to be a very memorable event for us has become a nightmare! We do not know where else to ask for help. We hope this review will somehow give us justice and if not, least save other people from experiencing this frustration and unprofessionalism.
